In celebration of the National Day of Catalonia, emblematic buildings and areas around Catalonia are holding open days. These are in addition to the open visits at the Palau de la Generalitat and Parlament de Catalunya traditionally held on this day.
Palau de la Generalitat

Performances from the Palau Carillon
The carillonist Anna Maria Reverté will perform a selection of traditional Catalan songs. The carillon will sound for 45 minutes (12 noon to 12.45 pm) as part of the concert "The magic of our traditional songbook", with songs such as "Els fadrins de Sant Boi", "La filadora", "La filla del marxant", "Galop de cortesia", "La gata i el belitre", "El gegant del Pi", and many more.
You will be able to hear the music from the streets of the Gothic Quarter, the Pati dels Tarongers, the Gothic Gallery and the Pati de Carruatges in the Palau, and it will be background music during the open-door visit to the Palau.
