What do you need to know?
What is it?
Parla.cat is a virtual learning environment for learning Catalan.
It offers four levels. These four levels are in turn each divided into three courses.
- Basic (A2). Courses: Basic 1, Basic 2, Basic 3
- Elementary (B1). Courses: Elementary 1, Elementary 2, Elementary 3
- Intermediate (B2). Courses: Intermediate 1, Intermediate 2, Intermediate 3
- Advanced (C1). Courses: Advanced 1, Advanced 2, Advanced 3
Which cours (45 hours) may be followed in the self-managed modality (free registration) or in the tutored modality (payment).
Who is it for?
Citizens
Anyone who wants to learn Catalan using the Internet.
Deadlines
- Self-managed modality: immediate course registration at any time.
- Tutored modality: it is required to check the registration calendar of the organizations offering the tutored courses.
Fees
- Self-managed modality: free registration.
- Tutored modality: it is required to provide the amount established by the entity that offers the tutoring.
Registration is necessary to take a Parla.cat course and to access the complementary materials of the virtual Rambla.
After registering in Parla.cat, you can take a level test to find the most suitable course for you.
Other information
Registration is a request both to take the course offered by Parla.cat and to access the additional material in Virtual Rambla and the courses of Aula mestra.
