What is it?

A report of theft can be submitted by Internet if the victim cannot provide any details of the offender/s and has not been subject to physical violence.

Once the procedure on Internet has been completed, you have 72 hours to validate the report at the corresponding police station.

Requirements
  1. This system of reporting cannot be used for incidents in which there has been physical violence.
  2. This system cannot be used to report an incident if the victim has seen the offenders or is in a position to identify them.
  3. This procedure is only valid for submitting reports to the Mossos d'Esquadra or Local Police (List of Police Stations).
Fees

There are no fees associated to this procedure.
