I want to log in to La Meva Salut

You can use the La Meva Salut space to:

• Consult clinical histories (reports, diagnoses and results of analyses and tests).
• Make an appointment at the CAP (primary care centre).
• Access medication plans and download digital prescriptions to take to the pharmacy.
• Consult vaccinations and other immunisations administered.
• Access the eConsultation service for consultations with doctors, nurses and other professionals in the primary care team, carry out procedures and send documents.

• You must be 16 years of age or older.
• You must have an individual health card (TSI).
• You need to have a mobile phone to receive text messages.
• You need an e-mail address.
• You need to have a digital certificate or request registration to access La Meva Salut with a password.

To be able to log in to La Meva Salut with a password you must first register in person at one of the primary care centres (CAP).

Your personal password, user code (DNI, NIE, or personal identification document), and your CIP (personal identification code found on your health card) are your access keys to enter both the website and the La Meva Salut app.

La Meva Salut will accept all digital certificates issued by certification entities classified by the Open Administration Consortium of Catalonia as valid for identifying citizens and companies before the Catalan public administrations.

Since the entry into force of European Regulation 910/2014, European administrations must accept certificates validated in any country of the Union. In this sense, the Government of Catalonia endorses all the certificates that appear on each of the lists of trusted services issued throughout the EU.

If you have a digital certificate that does not allow access to La Meva Salut, you must inform the entity that issued it so that they can request that CatSalut includes it among the certificates supported by La Meva Salut. The certifying body can make this request by calling 061 Salut Respon.

Access to La Meva Salut is personal and non-transferable:

• Parents and legal guardians of children under the age of 18 can request access to their La Meva Salut space.
• Between the ages of 16 and 17, in addition to requesting access, the minor will need to give their consent.
• When the child reaches 18, they are legally recognised as an adult for all purposes, and their parents or legal guardians can no longer access their La Meva Salut space.
• Those legally responsible for an adult can also request access to the La Meva Salut space of their adult dependent after accrediting their legal responsibility.
